Tetraktys Online Shop Sales Process
1) Selection of the product
The customer is able to select the film he/she wants to buy. Furthermore he/she can preview a small trailer of the film and read the description.
2) Selection of Film characteristics.
The customer is able to select different language options in which the film is either translated or has subtitles.
Here is also where the customer needs to indicate if the film is for home or institutional use.
3) Select quantity of product:
The customer can add more movies in the card and define the final number of movies is willing to purchase. At the same time he/she can abort purchase process and empty his/her card. A delete button is available.
4) Registration process (Customer to fill out registration form)
a) For returning customers to log in using their username and password
b) New Users fill out registration form with their details (email, company name, title, first name, last name, middle name, address 1, address 2, city, postal code, country, state/province/ region, phone, mobile phone, fax)
Agreement to the terms of service and send registration form.
Aborting and empting Shopping Cart still available in this step.
5) Check out process
-Shipping address information
-Description of product to be bought and final price.
-Option of coupon code to submit it. (if any deriving from marketing campaigns)
-Billing information with all the info previously given on the registration form process. —Option of updating address
-Shipping Info. If address is different option to add a new one
– Selection of shipping method and price
After registering and defining Shipping Address the customer sees clearly the shipping cost according to the Billing Address given. He is also given the shipping options. For Cyprus is local Courier and for international EMS Datapost ( Cyprus Post Services service)
7) Confirmation of Order:
The customer has the opportunity to revise the order and here the Terms and Conditions of the sale are to be confirmed as read. We advice all our customers to read the Terms and Conditions thoroughly. The customer can still here can abort the purchase if this is his/her wish.
After confirmation of the order and before proceeding to payment, pressing the button Confirm Order the system generates a confirmation email to both customer and vendor that informs them that an order has been confirmed. The order stays as Pending for Payment and the customer can either proceed and pay at this moment or wait and pay when is more convenient for him/her. Our Online shop allows to the user to access his/her account later and proceed to payment or even change or cancel the order.No products are going to be delivered if the payment is not fully made.
If the customer has decided to continue and purchase the product or products he/she will be informed about the ways he/she can proceed with the payment. Our website accepts payment only through Paypal Payment platform. Paypal is a secure and user-friendly method and it is used very widely worldwide.
